Dear AITIS Parents, Welcome to start a new exciting school year. I hope you all had a wonderful summer break, filled with opportunities to learn and grow. As part of AIT, our school continues to be a highly regarded learning community in the area, and this year we will continue to build on this success. Our focus will be on providing each child with new challenges that will result in a rewarding school experience. Please remember that this is your school and we welcome your involvement. I encourage you to join us at school activities and events establishing strong foundations and being positive role models for your children. Likewise, I encourage all parents to get involved in our PTA. It is parents’ enthusiasm, support and involvement that inspires children to do their best. Together we – teachers, students, parents, and staff members – make a strong AITIS family. Together we can achieve amazing things. This school year, the first major extracurricular activity will be Student Council elections on August 25 (G3-6) followed by Open house on September 7 (AIT Day) and the 10th AITIS Monsoon marathon on September 24. You will all get more detailed information regarding these activities closer to the respective dates stated above. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
